Supplements for Egg Health 101

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to switch gears and move on by making a new plan. Find the silver lining! These things helped me to conceive and with more use and some tweaking, I am certain that I will conceive and go on to have a healthy pregnancy.

As promised the supplements are as follows:

Multi Vitamin with B6, B12 and Folate or Pre Natal Vitamin with the same

Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamins C & E, L-Arginine and the most important-Ubiquinol 2X a day

Vitamin D3 with K2

DHEA- Depending on your situation

Super Foods: Maca Root and Royal Jelly

Well Balanced Diet (of course)

Liver cleanse and daily Cod Liver Oil

Also, be sure to increase blood flow and oxigination by doing Castor Oil Packs, Maya Massages and Femur Massages that can be found on YouTube.
