Reasons Why Nap Time is Important

Reasons nap-time leads to being refreshed and energized for the rest of the day Every day around 1:15 pm, I can feel that quiet wave start to hit me. A heaviness that overtakes me slowly. The wave of tiredness and quiet. As soon as I can escape to my room, I do. My bed – it’s soft, comfortable, and all mine. The black-out curtains are closed, and my pillow is fluffed. My phone gets turned into Do Not Disturb mode and I slip into peaceful slumber. A land of dreams and relaxation. Healing and comfort. Peace and stillness. This is the time
